South African rules ＋

Dark starts. Place 12 cows each before moving.
20 mills: 16 straight and 4 corner diagonals. A mill earns one capture, even if two mills form.
Capture outside a mill unless every opposing cow is in a mill.
Move to an adjacent empty junction along a painted line. No centre junction or crossing.
With exactly 3 cows after placement, fly to any empty junction.
A cow moved from one mill into another cannot return to remake a mill on your next turn.
Lose with fewer than 3 cows or no legal move. A full board without captures is a draw.
When either herd has 3 cows, 10 consecutive moves without capture is a draw (one turn counts as one move).
